DELIVERY AND RETUNS
Normally we dispatch the items within 3 days of receiving your order. All items are dispatched from the UK. We use first class signed for delivery service.
In some cases it can take us up to 28 days to deliver your items, we will keep you updated by E-mail in such cases.
The following reasons can cause delay in the delivery of your order:
The item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for the items to be delivered to us.
Due to size, delicacy or other reasons we can not keep some items in stock at all times, so we will need to order them specially for you. depending on size, quantity, specific packaging, dispatch location, etc, it can take us up to 28 days to deliver some item.
We want you to be completely happy with any product that you purchase from us.
If you are not happy with the items you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items, explaining why you are not happy.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the delivered items are damaged or you have received the wrong item.
If the item you have received is damaged in the post, please contact us as soon as possible, please include images of the damaged items in your E-mail, you can return the damaged products to us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the items.
Prior to returning items, you need an authorisation code. To request an authorisation code please contact us by E-mail and include the following information:
A brief description of the reason for the return, Please include photographs of any damaged items.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7days.
- Items must be received in good condition, carefully repackaged in the original packaging.
- Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. For this reason, we recommend that you use recorded, trackable service. You must request and retain proof of postage for all returned items. We can not take responsibility for returned items that go missing in the post .
