DELIVERY TIMES:

Limited edition prints:

Prints are usually made to order. Please allow 14 days before dispatch. If you need your items urgently, please contact us before placing your order as we may have your order in stock.

Originals:

Originals are usually dispatched within 7 days.
Originals or prints that need to be framed can take up to 2-3 weeks before they are ready to dispatch.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. All artworks are made from highest quality materials, professionally packaged and shipped via top courier services. Most artworks are made to order specially for you, a lot of time and effort goes into making and packaging your orders. so please do make sure you are ordering what you really love. We are unable to accept a return or issue a refund if you simply changed your mind. We only accept returns if you have received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit.

-If you you have received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, please E-mail us within 24 hours of receiving the items.

-Please include images of any damaged items in your E-mail, 

 

Please Note:

Prior to returning items, you must contact us by E-mail and include the following information:

A brief description of the reason for the return, Please include photographs of any damaged items.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email giving you step by step instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned order, we will replace the damaged or incorrect items, or issue a refund for irreplaceable items.  

- Please note that returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us.  For this reason, we recommend that you use recorded, trackable service.  You must request and retain proof of postage for all returned items. We can not take responsibility for returned items that go missing in the post .
